1 General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between jp77 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user of the platform ("you", "member", "player"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the jp77 platform, you fully agree to these Terms.
jp77 is an online casino and betting platform serving players in Bangladesh. We follow SSL encryption and fair play principles. These Terms apply to all services across the entire platform, including slot games, live casino, sportsbook, virtual games, and any other services that may be added in the future.
In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also apply. Together, these documents form a complete legal framework.
2 Eligibility & Age Requirements
The following eligibility requirements must be met to use the jp77 platform:
- You must be 21 years of age or older.
- You must hold a valid Bangladeshi National ID card or passport.
- You must operate the account in your own name and on your own behalf.
- The payment method used to operate your account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer) must be registered in your own name.
- You must not be a person who has been legally declared ineligible to gamble.
jp77 may at any time request additional documents for age and identity verification. Failure to provide documents may result in temporary or permanent suspension of the account.
3 Account Registration & Security
3.1 Registration Process
Each user may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and will be treated as a prohibited activity. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.

- Date of birth
- Payment method details (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account)
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for the security of your account username and password. Never share your login credentials with any third party.
You will be responsible for all activities carried out using your account, unless you have notified us of unauthorised access in a timely manner.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
jp77 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank). All deposit amounts must be in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method)
- The deposit method must be registered in the account holder's name
- Use of third-party payment methods is prohibited
- All deposits are processed through SSL-encrypted channels
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The following conditions apply to withdrawals:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
- Withdrawals may only be made using the same method used for deposits
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes
- Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed
- Withdrawals are not available until the specified wagering requirements following a bonus have been met
4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy
jp77 complies with anti-money laundering (AML) policy. jp77 reserves the right to suspend an account and notify the relevant authorities if suspicious financial activity is detected. Additional identity verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.
5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% welcome bonus of up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,200, making the total balance ৳2,200.
5.2 Bonus Terms
- Bonus wagering requirement: 20x (on the bonus amount)
- The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per player
- Withdrawals are not permitted while a bonus is active
- Bonuses have a set expiry period — unused bonuses will expire
- jp77 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer
- If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus will be forfeited
5.3 VIP Program
jp77 has three VIP tiers:
- Bronze: weekly cashback of up to 0.4%
- Silver: weekly cashback of up to 0.8%
- Gold: weekly cashback of up to 1.2%
VIP tier is upgraded based on continued play and activity on the platform. VIP benefits may change at jp77's discretion.
6 Gaming Rules
The following general rules apply to all games available on jp77. Additional rules may apply to specific games and can be found in the relevant game description.
6.1 Software Providers
jp77 works with world-class game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, PG Soft, and JILI. All games from these providers use a Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fairness.
6.2 Technical Errors
- jp77 reserves the right to make a decision if a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error
- Winnings resulting from an obvious software error will not be considered valid
- jp77 is not liable for losses caused by internet connection issues
6.3 Sports Betting
The sports betting section offers betting opportunities on cricket (including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup), football (including FIFA and the World Cup), kabaddi, and many more sports. All bets are settled according to live odds and cannot be changed once confirmed.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of winnings:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts
- Opening or operating an account using another person's identity
- Attempting to claim bonuses or promotional offers through fraudulent means
- Software hacking, use of bots, or application of automated systems
- Gaining an unfair advantage through collusive play or conspiracy
- Money laundering or illegal financial activity
- Using third-party payment methods
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to jp77's systems
- Harassing or causing harm to other players through the platform
8 Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 jp77's Authority
jp77 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of these Terms
- Providing false information
- Suspicious financial activity
- Participation in prohibited activities
- Failure to comply with regulatory or legal requirements
8.2 Voluntary Account Closure
If a player wishes to close their own account, please contact our support team. All valid funds may be withdrawn before the account is closed. However, any active bonus will be cancelled if its wagering conditions have not been met.
8.3 Self-Exclusion

9 Responsible Gaming

12 Changes to Terms
jp77 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. For significant changes, we will attempt to notify you by email or through a notice on the platform.

- Continued use of the platform after changes are made will be considered acceptance of the new terms
